Shipping & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

 

1. Digital Content Delivery

All products available on levionmusic.com are digital assets (audio/video files).

• Delivery Method: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to the high-fidelity files via a secured download link. This link is sent to the email address provided during checkout and is also available in your user account dashboard.
• Delivery Time: Instant. In rare cases of banking delays, please allow up to 24 hours for the link to be generated.
• Formats: Files are delivered in premium formats (WAV) as specified in the product description.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct and accessible at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device and software are compatible with the file formats provided.

 

2. No-Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union legislation and Romanian Law (OUG 34/2014, Art. 16, lit. m) regarding distance contracts, digital products that are not supplied on a tangible medium (such as CDs or Vinyls) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (return) once the performance has begun.

• Express Consent: By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you provide your express consent for the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your right to a refund or withdrawal.
• Nature of Product: Given the intangible nature of digital audio and video files, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been dispatched.

 

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the digital content will be made available immediately after purchase and that this constitutes the commencement of performance within the meaning of applicable consumer protection legislation.

 

This clause does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

3. Technical Exceptions & Resolution

VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. values the integrity of the LeVioN experience. We will consider refunds or replacements only under the following specific circumstances:

1. Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is technically defective and cannot be played after testing on multiple devices. In this case, a new functional link will be provided within 48 hours.
2. Duplicate Purchase: If, due to a system error, the same order was processed and paid twice for the same account.
3. Mismatched Product: If the delivered file does not match the title or description of the product purchased.

 

Any request under this section must be submitted within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase and must include reasonable evidence of the issue reported.

 

VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. reserves the right to verify the reported issue before granting any remedy.
