1. How do I purchase music on levionmusic.com?

Buying music is a seamless process for any LeVioN release:

  • Add your chosen album or tracks to the cart.

  • Complete the checkout using our secure payment portal.

  • Once the transaction is confirmed, you will gain immediate access to your files.

2. How will I receive my audio files?

After VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. processes your order, your music is delivered in two ways:

  • On-Site: A download button will appear instantly on the “Order Received” confirmation page.

  • Via Email: An automated message containing your secure download links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

If the email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes:

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder.

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly during checkout.

  • If you still cannot locate your files, contact our support team directly at hello@levionmusic.com.

4. What audio format will I receive?

In accordance with our professional activity in audio recording and music publishing (CAEN 5920), we deliver all music as High-Fidelity WAV files. This ensures you experience the full sonic spectrum and spiritual depth of the production without any data loss.

5. Can I return a digital album?

Due to the nature of digital content delivered via instant download, all sales are final. Once the download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds. This policy complies with legal standards for digital assets and the operations of VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L.

6. Can I use LeVioN music in my own content (YouTube, Social Media)?

Your purchase grants you the right to personal, non-commercial listening. For any commercial use, sync licensing, or media projects, explicit written consent from VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. is required. Please send your inquiries to hello@levionmusic.com.
